
Kathleen Gordon serves as the Financial and Administrative Coordinator for the Center for Interfaith Relations, a role she has held since joining the staff in January 2025. She manages all aspects of the organization’s financial record keeping and reporting, supporting the Center’s mission through careful stewardship, accuracy, and strong internal systems.
Kathleen holds an Associate’s degree in Business Finance and has completed developmental certifications in management, human resources, administration, and marketing. With a relational and detail-oriented approach, she brings both professionalism and heart to her work, believing that well-supported operations are essential to meaningful community impact.
Born in North Carolina, Kathleen has lived in Louisville for most of her life and is deeply connected to the community she serves. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Jay, and together they are the proud parents of twins. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys time with her family, caring for her pets, and staying connected to the values of compassion, service, and community that guide both her personal and professional life.
