Neichelle Guidry talks about “Shepreaches,” a virtual community and professional development organization she co-created to uplift African-American millennial women in ministry. During this 2015 Festival of Faiths session, Guidry explains, “I do think part of my call is not only to preach women’s stories, but it is to construct new ways of doing worship, of doing liturgy that decentralizes patriarchy.”
